Beezbites platform notice
Beezbites is a digital intermediary platform for discovery and restaurant orders. The provider of this website and technical platform within the meaning of this legal notice is Justin Milaszewski, trading as Beezbites. Contracts for food, beverages and other services are generally concluded between users and the respective restaurant partner. Online payments are processed by Stripe for the restaurant partner; the restaurant is the payee. For information on data processing, see our privacy policy. Point of contact for authorities (Article 11 DSA). The European Commission, the Digital Services Coordinator, other competent authorities of the Member States and the European Board for Digital Services can reach us directly and in text form at [email protected] and by post at the address stated above. Our contact form is available as an additional written channel. Communication does not rely solely on automated tools; every request is handled by a natural person.

Users are free to choose the means of communication; we do not rely solely on automated tools such as chatbots.

Legal representative (Article 13 DSA). Designating a legal representative in the Union does not apply, as Beezbites is established in Germany and therefore within the Union.
Average monthly active recipients (Article 24(2) DSA)
The average monthly number of active recipients of our service in the Union is 59. Period: 2026-04–2026-09 (calendar months from the start of operations; calculated on 2026-09-05).
Method: Unique signed-in accounts are counted, including anonymous guest accounts on the ordering path, excluding deleted accounts. An account is treated as active in a calendar month if its last sign-in falls in that month; the published figure is the arithmetic mean of those monthly counts. Public user profiles alone do not represent usage. No country of origin is stored on the account; Beezbites is offered from Germany, so all counted accounts are treated as recipients in the Union. The figure is a lower bound because only the last sign-in is stored, not the full session history.
